As a professional EHS practitioner, one would require high levels of discipline, commitment, technical competency as well as people management and communication skills.

- Candidates with secondary level education qualification are eligible to apply for our supervisory level jobs (Safety Supervisor, Scaffold Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor etc.).
- Candidates without relevant working experience but holding a technical diploma/degree may be considered for our Management Trainee scheme. Applicants will be sponsored to attend training courses and assigned to our wide spectrum of clients in order to gain hands-on experience. Following a successful course and examination, Management Trainees may become Fire Safety Managers (FSM), Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officers (WSHO), Environmental Control Officers (ECO) and/or Management System Auditors.
- Candidates with professional qualification and experience can enhance their capabilities further by joining us as EHS consultants to serve our clients from both public and private sectors. They will contribute in areas such as training, development of Corporate Management Systems, third party auditing as well as generation of cost-effective EHS solutions. We are able to provide great opportunities for our employees sharpen their problem solving and people management skills.
- Candidates with professional qualification such as Fire Safety Managers who have at least 6 years of experience as an ex-SCDF personnel can join us as Fire Safety Managers to serve our clients in both public and private sectors. Some of the related services also include provision of emergency response planning, assistance in carrying out fire drills, tabletop exercises and others.
