Note[1]: No Withdrawal/Postponement/Cancellation/Refund will be given once applicant(s) is/are registered for the course.
Note[2]: For registering for the payable courses, you hereby confirm the below applicant(s) is/are able to understand, communicate and write the language registered, and those who do not meet the requirements shall not be allowed to join the class.
Note[3]: For participants who attend Supervisory and higher level courses, min. GCE 'O' Level with a pass in English or workplace literacy Level 5 under Employability Skills System (ESS) or equivalent is required. Please send your certificate(s) to training@concordassoicates.com.sg.
Note[4]: For participants who attend CSOC/MSOC re-certification only, please ensure that their safety passes are not expired for more than 1 Year. Please send valid NRIC/Work Permit/Passport/In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter to training@concordassociates.com.sg. You are reminded to bring your hardcopy of NRIC/Work Permit/Passport/In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter on the 1st day of the course for verification of participants.
Note[5]: For AWSHMW/PWAH/AWSHPP courses, Safety Shoes are required. Should participant(s) do not have a Safety Shoes on the course day, he/she will not be allowed to take the Practical assessment which will lead to incompetence of the course and full payment will still have to be made.
